Collaboration2gether, Inc., is 501(c)(3) nonprofit community impact organization committed to strengthening youth, individuals, and families throughout Darlington Countyand the greater Pee Dee region.
Since 2008, we have connected people with resources, education, mentoring, family support, food assistance, senior and caregiver services, veterans advocacy, faith-based outreach, and community partnerships.
Our key initiatives include but not limited to:
Save Our Sons & Youth Initiative, SC Aging Matters, Nourish2gether Food Pantry, Impact 2 Thrive, and Fervent Prayer Street Outreach Ministries.
Through these programs, we serve at-promise youth. parents, older adults, veterans, caregivers, kinship families, and other vulnerable community members.
We believe strong communities are built by serving the whole person and strengthening the whole family.
Collaboration2gether works with schools, churches, government agencies, businesses, nonprofits, and community leaders to reduce barriers, expand opportunities, and create lasting community impact.
